Welcome to Brandon’s Pancake House & Ice-Cream Parlor.

Being business owners has always been our childhood dreams. Karl Famiano, owner and operator states this in his high school yearbook that his dream is to own a pancake house. Karl graduated from Lower Township High school in 1997 always knowing his dreams would come true with the right inspiration.

 I am Aimee Famiano,  owner and operator. Upon meeting Karl in 2012 he bonded with my sons easily, especially Brandon. Brandon is a very special young man that has brought joy to our lives. We wanted to provide a special place in the world where Brandon can be successful and possibly employ other people with Autism or other disabilities.

  Karl and I merged our dreams to give Brandon a safe place and Karl his forever dream of owning a pancake house. Our mission is to serve families making them feel welcomed and at home. Please visit us on Facebook and Instagram.
